Gmail OAuth tokens (when you connect your Gmail account for email applications)

To automatically apply to jobs on your behalf based on your preferences
To generate personalized cover letters using AI
To send job application emails from your connected Gmail account
To improve our matching algorithms and job recommendations
To process payments and manage subscriptions
To send you notifications about your applications

3. Gmail Data

When you connect your Gmail account, we request permission to send emails on your behalf. We:

Only send job application emails — nothing else
Never read your existing emails
Never share your Gmail data with third parties
Store OAuth tokens securely and encrypted
You can disconnect Gmail at any time from your account settings

Our use of Gmail APIs is limited to sending job application emails as directed by you. We do not use Gmail data for advertising or any purpose other than job applications.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

Job application recipients (companies you apply to)
OpenAI (for AI cover letter generation — only job description and CV summary)
Payment processors (Stripe) for billing
Hosting providers for service operation

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data. OAuth tokens are stored encrypted. We never store your Gmail password.

Delete your account and all data

7. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
