1. Service Description

ApplyAuto is an AI-powered job application automation platform that helps users automatically apply to jobs matching their preferences. The service includes job search, automated applications, AI cover letter generation, and application tracking.

2. User Responsibilities

You must provide accurate information in your profile and CV
You are responsible for the accuracy of applications submitted on your behalf
You must not use the service to submit false or misleading applications
You must comply with the terms of service of job platforms you apply through
You must be legally eligible to work in the locations you apply to

3. Gmail Integration

When connecting Gmail, you authorize ApplyAuto to send job application emails on your behalf. You can revoke this access at any time. ApplyAuto will only send emails as part of job applications you have configured.

4. Subscription and Payments

Subscriptions are billed monthly or as specified at purchase
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
Refunds are provided at our discretion within 7 days of purchase
Prices may change with 30 days notice

5. Limitations

We cannot guarantee job interviews or employment outcomes
Application success depends on your qualifications and employer decisions
Some job platforms may block automated applications
Daily application limits apply based on your subscription plan

6. Prohibited Uses

Submitting applications for jobs you are not qualified for
Using the service to spam employers
Sharing account access with others
Attempting to bypass platform security measures

7. Intellectual Property

ApplyAuto and its content are owned by us. You retain ownership of your CV and personal data. AI-generated cover letters are provided for your personal use.

8. Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from account settings.

9. Liability

ApplyAuto is provided "as is". We are not liable for missed job opportunities, application errors, or employment outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 30 days.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by German law. Disputes shall be resolved in courts of Kaiserslautern, Germany.
